Nice Place

The house was spacious and comfortable. The view and proximity to the beach were incredible. The rental agency was excellent to work with. It could have been cleaner. Also need an exterminator for those ants.

Relaxing

Overall relaxing and quiet, which is what we were looking for in our time in Cape Charles. House was spacious and comfortable. The town is charming and easily accessible with golf carts for added fun. We rented paddle boards and kayaks which were enjoyed on the water right outside the back door of this home. The home has a small ant problem in the kitchen that is being addressed and the toilet upstairs bedroom runs on occasion.

High's and low's

Overall, the house lived up to expectations. Plenty of spaces for 7 adults. However, too many ants in the kitchen and the two toilets in the second floor bathrooms that didn't stop "filling" unless one had to manually lift the floater to stop the water from flowing endlessly. We are sure above issues were "known" previously, but for some reason we had to deal with them during our stay there. Minor but something that should be corrected before next guests arrive.

the Littleton Tazwell is a beautiful home that is well built and spacious enough for the whole family. You can't beat the location and the community is friendly. The kitchen had plenty of cups, plates and silverware but they were lacking in the extra supplies (limited utensils, no spatula for example). One hair dryer for five full bathrooms so bring your own. A working grill would be nice not just a pretty art piece in the year. Still had a wonderful week and would do it again.
